      Pros

      The company have a lot of resources and the investigation is very complete. It is a company that it will not getting obsolete very soon after the electrification of the vehicules.

      Cons

      Metalforming division it is not very updated on matter of electrification and the earnings for the employees are not the same that a driveline division

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
