Pros

Despite the harsh conditions of making the food and sharp objects, Davannis has great food. I could eat it everyday, even though I think my fat cells would hate me for that. Free pop is always a plus.

Cons

Davannis has taken my soul. There is no escaping that place. It is hard to make a living off of minimum wage and I'm sure many of my co-workers feel the same way.

Pros

I met some of my best friends while working at Davanni's. It's a fun environment and they allow you to be fairly flexible with your schedule. It's pretty easy to "test out" of certain aspects to earn raises.

Cons

The raises are small, they periodically lowered our food discounts, and the managers will team up on you to make your life hell if they want to. I saw many people who were fired for seemingly arbitrary reasons (other employees did the same, or worse, with no punishment). I also saw many employees who managers decided to force them out, changing work schedules to longer hours, scheduling on days requested off and forcing them to find someone to take their shift, and purposely putting them in their least favorite restaurant area for full shifts.
