Family owned and family involved. We are not numbers, but people and what we do is appreciated. They don't ask us to do anything they haven't or wouldn't do. We are founded on core values and they always do their best to honor them, as we all do.

Not many. We are growing and as such there are growing pains, but when we continue to work with each other and talk it out, we get through it. You can go to anyone in the company and they will sit with you and talk.

lots of opportunities for the right person. There is definitely an inner circle and if you're in you can do a lot here. pay is way below industry standard but so is cost of living in the immediate area.

unprofessional middle management, lots of gossip and backstabbing even with each other. They will sabotage each other and anyone else below them to make themself look better despite it hurting the business. Very stressful day to day environment. lots of emergencies. Something catastrophic every few weeks.
