I have truly enjoyed my experience working for Davis Development. The company culture is one of the biggest reasons I am proud to be part of the team. They care about your family too, my kids love they have received birthday cards. The people throughout the company are supportive, collaborative, and invested in each other's success. Davis Development also takes pride in delivering a quality product while maintaining a strong focus on its people. Only true con is the insurance change but everyone has been so helpful to navigate the issues. Other than that maybe just some more training in the beginning stages.
