fantastic people outside of management Variety of campaigns Good pension schemes

Cons

cases misogyny within management and lower levels dealt with poorly. Expectations and additional responsibilities expected with no offers of appropriate compensation or thanks. Mind numbing work. Senior management responding to criticism by labelling genuine concerns as petty. Managers publicly shouting or complaining about staff members across the room. Generally unsupportive and unwilling to help with issues. Manager shouted at other members of staff when they had refused to pick him up food from cafe. HR does not feel like a valid option due to the way grievances are handled.

Pros

Loved working there, Great team to be part of, very supportive management, lots of team events, inc pool and darts competitions and great employee recognition. Coming from retail, they pay above min wage...which is a bonus! Only left because we moved away.

Cons

Free parking onsite parking but some of it is at another unit approx 100m down the road at the warehouse.
