Pros
The company is small enough to get to know everyone, have a great relationship, grow friendships and also big enough to work with firms that bring a challenging goal to achieve, client satisfaction.
Cons
We would like to do more but in the time given and with the resources available, choices always have to be made in a small company and they are not always understood by everyone but accepted of course.
