      Pros

      Ceridian is a great place to work with the best people in the industry - it is fantastic to work with smart, talented and motivated people everyday. SR and Executive Management team are hands on and continue to look for ways to improve our work life balance. Dayforce HCM is an great product that continues to be a value add our customers. We have good rewards program.

      Pros

      Dayforce has a lot of great perks. They are a cutting-edge HCM company and are always innovating. They are 100% remote and are great with work-life balance. Pay and benefits are good, and I would put them slightly above average in both.

      Cons

      Work can be too siloed at times, and top-down plans are not always communicated as efficiently as they could be.

      Upper management has no concern for workers, push them to meet unrealistic numbers, fire based on highest salay
