Pros
Great company to work for, good benefits and perks come with the position. Family owned and operated which brings a great atmosphere to the place.
Cons
Company is behind the times when it comes to pay and vacation benefits, they want the loyalty of a union shop but not all the negatives that come with it. I think they would be a top 5% company to work for but feel the items mentioned above need to be addressed. Until then they will struggle to find good talent to keep there.
