Horrible job Disorganized There was usually overtime due to disorganization

Flexible and voluntary hours that you can take even though they give you 60 hour contract

No salary negotiations even after 2 years You are very disposable since it’s a cleaning job, but they know this damn well so you don’t have a good negotiating power
