Pros
My department was one of the more autonomous departments. I was free to work at my own pace as long as it was reasonable. My direct supervisor actually cared and wanted to see our team improve and thrive.
Cons
Pay- (not terrible but not good either) bureaucracy in the way of productivity lack of training
