Cons
Being in a fully remote environment has its challenges, but the organization is aware and working to solve problems that are brought up. Moving into leadership takes time as those in leadership do not frequently leave the university. Raises based on internal equity would be much appreciated. For example, more value should be placed on furthering ones education as this advances internal talent. Medical insurance through UMR is expensive and the ROI is low.
