Pros
Deacon is very structured, with a clear path, and expectations for performance. They provide intense training generally that prepares you somewhat for the job. Everyone is very friendly, overall a great group of individuals to work with. The company also coordinates a lot of fun events and contest. Compensation for a successful recruiter can be very lucrative.
Cons
While they have great structure, it's the way they've done things for 20 years. There's no real strategy to the sales effort, it's all based on call volume. Cold-calling candidates, as well as, employers, and see what sticks. You must fit into the box to succeed in this environment. ETO (Earned Time Off) was very poor, with their structure its hard to see how you could really achieve any balance.
