Pros
In short : Lots of sport in the office, cool benefits (Gymlib, big christmas box, mental health, numerous events), young team, super inclusive, fun, two types of contracts (full remote and hybrid --> my contract) In more details : I love the hybrid contract because you can focus on certain complex tasks on remote days (no one can "bother" you) and then you can socialize on office days (have your meetings onsite, do sport during lunch with colleagues, have a cup of coffee with colleagues, enjoy the office's facilities, etc.). It also really helps to have a good balance between work and private life ! What I love about Dealabs is that we are now a "big" company (more than 50 people inside an international group of hundreds of people) but it still feels like we are a young startup. The mood in the team is always friendly, we help each other, we support each other, we laugh together. Of course, there is hierarchy, but you can always speak, ask things, propose things. The managers are very open and really listen to you. It's really cool to feel like you can be the one improving processes, inventing new things, etc.
Cons
If I want to give improvements points, I would say : First, we are still learning and developing our hybrid culture (like every company since 2020). I still feel like it's difficult to connect with the full remote people. But things are improving on that subject ! Second, being part of an international group is something really powerfull and exciting, but sometimes it's difficult and tiring. Some things can take more time, you can't always see your team if you are part of an international team (so you miss them but also, working onsite together is often more efficient), for french people, you need to be at ease with english. Finally, now that we are in en hybrid environment, I would like to modulate my working hours "as I want". I worked in a company before where we had mandatory hours (9am to 12pm, 2pm to 5pm) and then you could do whatever you wanted to complete you hours. So if sometimes you need to leave early, you just begin early.
