Pros

Some individuals that shine held back by mediocre management

Cons

A once highly successful organisation with an unparalleled culture, since the leadership changed and the company was bought has gone from bad to worse to no-hope. The senior team consists of the blind leading the deaf, who are obsessed with measuring rapidly deteriorating performance whilst ignoring their burning platform business model. What were once respected employees treated ethically and rewarded fairly are now mere numbers who are being jettisoned to please remote investors who don't know or care about what running a people business means. Join this organisation at your own risk - it's highly likely that it will be defunct in less than 2 years.

Pros

Exposure to interesting work from Pharma companies with multiple projects ongoing at a given time at a high cost - no life balance, long work hours, nights and weekends with little to no appreciation or proper compensation

Cons

Toxic management, sociopathic tendencies, inexperienced leadership, abuse of managerial authority. Clients dissatisfied and overpromised. High turnover rates for qualified leaders and promising junior staff. Low pay, disappointing benefits * Public humiliation or belittling of employees * Taking credit for others’ work while shifting blame downward * Constant criticism with little constructive feedback * Favoritism and inconsistent standards * Excessive micromanagement * Intimidation, retaliation, or fear-based leadership * Lack of psychological safety to ask questions or disagree * Unrealistic expectations coupled with inadequate support * High turnover among team members
