      They are embrace you as family. The Executive Director is wonderful and she has listening skills with her employees.

      Cons

      No one leaves there so there is no area or room for promotion.

      The management, the surgeons and staff are the top in their field which lends it's self to be a fabulous, respectful and overall top place to work in Detroit.

      Not enough lockers for new staff- but they are working on this as we speak.
