Pros
good discount, 40% off regular price merchandise. sometimes 50% off items when dress code changes. larger staff, better then other stores I worked at. needed atleast 3 people to close the store at night. DM for my district was a sweetheart and so wonderful to work with! I thought the pay was really well actually.
Cons
never leaving on time! you'd be scheduled til 5:30pm, but you'd be lucky to leave by 6:30. during homecoming you could be there till at least 12:00am on the weekend! there was one manager who made working at the store miserable, and all the other managers knew. more then half the staff left because of this one manager. INCLUDING the current staff that is there now! you would get 50 emails a day telling you to change the same thing each time. it was ridiculous! you would never know what was right or wrong. markdowns would take an entire day, which constantly meant there was missed markdowns which you would get in trouble for. alot of work for a limited amount of time. and if you didn't get things done you'd get in trouble, and risk getting written up.
