Pros
A healthy, strong but pleasant work ethic; Close link between employees and management; they are very fussy about who they hire, so you don't have to put up with unhelpful temps for long.
Cons
Sometimes the strong managerial style can make managers less approachable regarding personal matters; maybe I wasn't very good, but I felt I was only picked up when I was behind on quotas or making too many mistakes compared to possibly when I did something well.
