Pros

In the initial few months, I got to learn a lot. The team was very supportive and I enjoyed working with them. It was a good learning environment.

Cons

After the CTO left, there has been a lack of clarity and vision. These days, it feels more like a 9-to-5 job with no career growth. That startup feeling, the excitement — it's missing now. Overall there is also lot of toxicity and cultural issues in the air.

Worst Experience I worked here remotely for 1 month And from two months i am waiting for my payment, no one is helping, i reach out to managers, HR, onboarding team, support team, they are just playing with emails i think, multiple time verified my pan and bank details but its so frustrating, no one is replying, no one is helping.

I am waiting for my payment 1. Contacted manager , they are not replying and helping 2. Ping in group hr is also not replying 3. Email to Support team just playing with emails but still no payment 4.not me all my co- workers facing same issue Its so frustrating… I want to aware everyone please stay away from this kind of trap
