Truly flexible working hours, paid paternity leave and great line management. Fairly flat management structure allowing any employee to have a strong voice in the business which also helps with allowing staff to really grow and show off their skillsets
Cons
Extremely fast paced which some people find difficult to adapt to, however this is well balanced by the benefits of working for such an organisation
