      - suitable for those who are starting - possibilities to work on exciting projects

      Cons

      - Bad support for allocated contractors - Total lack of career plan - In order to not pay FGTS and INSS, a huge amount of the payment is done under the label "Intelectual Property"

      Pros

      Salaries are pay up-to-date. Certifications costs are refunded if you are approved.

      Cons

      "CLT Cotas" undermine the payments of "13º salary" and "vacation money". Little to no contact with company personal since you are always located in the client. No career expectation.
