Performed opinion-based studies and collect necessary information from leads and different/diverse demographics which are used to help improve businesses and service. Used MS Windows system and Excel to track my call records and create reports of my workflow and actively participated in team meetings/huddles and upgrade training to keep up with the demands of the industry and to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
