Pros

-Lovely people to work with, everyone there is , except the CEO -They will help you and are willing to take the phone and deal with angry customers if you are new . And will walk you through that process

Cons

-BEWARE OF THIS PLACE -They don't have a thing to cure wood... It's soap, we are literally told to search up the chemicals for soap if asked what's in the curing wood thing. We say it's eco friendly( the high pressure powerwash) but it's just soap -What they put over the wood is just simple BEHR acrylic paint you can get it at Home Depot .... - they lie a lot, like a lot, specially the sales guys they just know how to go around the questions - you won't get fired In Person or " let go " you will get a text , and but there was a few whose email got cancelled by the CEO and he didn't bother to tell them, the CEO doesn't like confrontation - Jason Apter ( CEO) has a low temper , he yells a lot and contradicts himself a lot, expect him to be late( 5 minutes = 1 hour)

Pros

Amazing stuff and good salary. My experience of working from Deck Helmet was fantastic and really enjoyed it. Wonderful atmosphere and everyone was very friendly and so helpful. Great team work and management. I also appreciate the fact that the staffs were treated as a family and not like as a worker.

Cons

There's nothing I can think of.
