DECO was one of the most disorganized, if not the most disorganized, companies I've ever worked for. Training is basically non-existent and communication between management and employees is slim to none. Productivity was difficult to achieve as the systems were always going down and the expectations were not relayed adequately to the employee. The majority of the time an employee was left guessing how to do things and when. Employees were expected to achieve a lot without the necessary tools and knowledge.
