Decent pay and bonus good ice cream

Sometime long hours a lot of driving

Nothing! You get daily wage plus 2% of sales per week...BUT if drive forgets something on truck or doesn't get delivered, you lose commission If you write returns, you lose commission. Work 50 to 55 hours a week. No overtime. If you break down hours work with daily wage you are just getting over minimum wage. Sales Rep getting everything feom corporate to do along with their route. No phone.stipend, but you must use personal phone. Only get Thanksgiving and Christmas off. Hey a company car, but it is a fleet vehicle and very basic. Cannot use car any other time but for work.

This company is so poorly run They push out almost expired and melted ice cream. Owner is cheap. Does absolutely nothing for delivery drivers and sales team. Must pay half for work shirt. They don't care about work life balance. Pay is extremely low even though hours our ridiculously long. Not a living wage. Delivery trucks are in poor condition and breakdown all the time. You wouldn't think trucks would because it's an ice cream company, but trucks are on safe. Managent is useless. Lie to your face and then deny it when confronted. Family owned company, but a horrible work environment. Regret working here.
