      It made me realise what I am worth.

      Where do I start. Do not put yourself to this level, you are better than this.The CEO is very greedy and you are put under intense pressure for something you are not paid for. If you are thinking of doing it, then please give yourself a good talking to.

      Pros

      Great working environment. Decent salary. Good nights out with the staff. Very nice offices to inspire creativity Varied work

      Cons

      CEO is not very likeable and the work life balance is not very good. Staff feel constantly under pressure. Not valued enough for the time and effort you put in.

      Pros

      Nice colleagues and social side of the office was great. Opportunities to work outside the office.

      Cons

      CEO was not likeable at all and was not at all relatable/approachable. Salary could definitely have been better No information about any bonuses etc Did not handle pastoral issues well at all. Did not feel that the position was secure. Constantly felt under pressure No work/life balance
