Flexible, Great Company Morale, Managers and coworkers are friendly and very helpful

No cons that I can think of

Decorist provides an autonomous, yet independent environment that enables space for growth, learning, opportunity and success. Gretchen, our CEO, wants every single employee of this company to succeed. The transparency, thorough communication, willingness to help and provide for it's employees, designers and clients is what makes Decorist successful. The environment Decorist provides for me to evolve professionally and personally is something I'm not sure I would receive in a medium to large size corporate company. The sense of family, teamwork, and community that Decorist provides is something I have only felt and seen in one other job. The ability to make your own role, ask for what you want and need, and be heard is very rare in a company - Decorist provides opportunities like this. The amount of experience I've received in such a short time is something I cherish, am grateful for, and appreciate. Starting as an intern with few resources, it was hard to feel fulfilled. I have a very creative background and I did a lot of administration, customer services and management. There was not an outlet for my creative skills to be utilized. With the more resources now, things have changed and are looking up!
