Thank you for the years you spent with Decypher and for sharing your honest opinion. We're glad that, while you were with us, you experienced great teammates, a positive culture, and good work-life balance.
We do want to make one very important clarification. We DO NOT outsource our work. Our clientele is global, so, by necessity, our team is global as well. Because we offer concierge cybersecurity and IT, we make sure to have team members near where our clients live, work, and play: all over mainland U.S., Hawaii, Mexico, Italy, the U.K., etc.
The nature of our work also requires an international team. Because we provide around-the-clock network and cybersecurity services, we need employees across multiple time zones. This ensures that ALL of our employees have good work-life balance, with enough time for rest and their families.
No matter where our employees live, they are members of a close Decypher family, and we do all we can to make sure they all feel included and appreciated.
You raised real concerns around pay, process, commissions, and stability. Those are not small things. Compensation, structure, and training are all areas we keep revisiting as we grow, and your perspective is really useful as we get better at this. We know we're not perfect, and we don't always get it right, but please trust that we try to do what's best for our people.
