Cons
I want to share my experience with Dedicated Financial GBC to help potential job seekers make an informed decision.
I was recently terminated without warning after consistently showing up, putting in effort, and asking for support to improve my performance. Early in my employment, I received one write-up for not collecting enough money — a challenge I immediately worked to overcome. That same month, I turned things around and collected over $30,000.
Despite my repeated requests for guidance and training to succeed in the role, I was promised help that never came. It was disheartening to see that integrity often took a back seat to appearances. For example, many of the company’s five-star reviews come from situations where customers are incentivized to give them under the guise of their account manager getting “free lunches” or other perks, which never sat right with me.
I genuinely wanted to do my job well and help people resolve their debts ethically and respectfully. Unfortunately, that didn’t align with the company’s priorities. I’m sharing this to provide transparency for others considering employment there — I believe honesty and integrity should always come before numbers.
