Pros
None. Initially the pay was good, but they started cutbacks to save money. Stole driver bonuses and every chance they got they'd screw there drivers for praise from the customers or corporate.
Cons
They changed rules and company policy as they go. You are never given an employee contract. You are forced to work all holidays even if you are supposed to be off. Management regularly lies to drivers. They owe me money and I am currently seaking legal representation.
