Absolutely avoid this workplace if you care for your mental health. Zero work life balance. Operations manager that doesn’t care to make positive change to the company and complains about her underlings. An owner who only wants to expand the business instead of looking after current sites. Poor hygiene and health and safety practices and poorly trained staff (mostly because management won’t invest in quality training). Work here and get burnt out in 6 months!
