Pros
Honestly, working at DT is a blast—everyone’s super friendly and always happy to lend a hand. There’s a clear roadmap for moving up, and my mentors have been fantastic at guiding me through each step. The weekly LDI and SD sessions are actually really fun and help you think creatively, level up your leadership skills, and keep your project and time‑management on point. Management is refreshingly open—doors are always ajar, and you get regular updates so you know exactly what’s going on and can jump in to lead. And I love the short, focused shift from 5 PM to 9 PM—it lets you power through work and then totally switch off afterward.
Cons
At times, workflows change quite frequently; while this keeps us adaptable and versatile, a little more advance notice or a gently consistent pattern would help the team plan tasks even more effectively.
