I had a conversation with Kirti and found her to be quite immature for the role she is currently handling. She was unable to assist me with some standard questions and seemed to lack assertiveness in her demeanor. Additionally, during the call, she kept holding the line, which gave the impression that she might have been seeking assistance from someone else. I am also unclear about who was responsible for hiring her.
