My experience with this company was really disappointing. The office environment, especially among some of the women, was toxic and unwelcoming. One woman in particular seemed to create her own narrative and treated people based purely on personal preference. If she didn’t like you for whatever reason, she made it clear—and others followed her lead.
They claim to be inclusive, but that wasn’t my experience. It felt like kindness and respect were only given to people they personally approved of. The atmosphere was cold, cliquey, and at times even aggressive, which left me—and others—feeling isolated and uncomfortable.
Personal relationships and gossip played far too large a role in the day-to-day dynamics of Deeplocal. It was clear that favoritism and behind-the-scenes drama influenced how people were treated, and it created an environment where some coworkers struggled to focus or perform their jobs effectively. It was disappointing to see a workplace operate more like a high school than a professional setting, especially when so much potential was being overshadowed by unnecessary conflict and immaturity.
