Cons
There is a big favourisam inside the London branch. Lack of progress in career. The promotion can be achieved only if you in certain circle of people run by MD and HR. They don't value your hard work value which you bring to project. After I resign I was faced hard time during my one month notice period due to jealousy because I get promotion in different company. HR suspend all my trainings during notice period I couldn't attend even CPDs. The pay is not on time and Deerns UK owe me me money for my pension contributions and not used holiday times which I raised to pension ombudsman. The atmosphere is toxic and people use language of street and very rood behavior. Expectation is to work long hours without financial compensation.
