Horrible upper management Unreasonable deadlines Once they don’t need you you’ll be fired You never know when it’ll be your last day Poor communication Come up with new rules what seems like every month Toxic work place No raises CEO’s treat you like you’re less and if you do something wrong they won’t hesitate to scream at you. ( could constantly hear them screaming)
