      I am lucky to have a great boss who is passionate about winning and cares about his team and the quality of our work . Culture is fun and family orientated with a serious approach to putting our mission front & center.

      Pros

      - Good people; - important products that saves lives - Supportive environment - Generous PTO of 5 weeks for everyone and 1 week off for Christmas

      Cons

      - Uncertain future. Not sure where the company is headed. A lot of managerial turnover, including the sudden loss of President and director of Ops. - Risk averse culture. - Bureaucratic.
