Thank you for your feedback. We believe it’s very important to provide our employees with clear guidance and coaching, and to provide them with competitive rewards, including pension, benefits, and professional development opportunities.
Our people are our strength, and we simply could not succeed without the effort of engaged and high-performing employees. We use our performance management process to set expectations and provide feedback and development opportunities related to those expectations. Unfortunately, if an employee has been provided with opportunities to improve, and if progress is not made, we sometimes need to make difficult decisions…and we don’t take this lightly. And of course, for privacy reasons, we’re not able to discuss the details around why an employee leaves the company.
