This is the best job I ever had. Wish I could have continued for the rest of my life. You are given all the liberty to work and do your thing as long as you can convince your boss, who are very reasonable and listen to what you have to say. You are valued for who you are and what you bring to the table. Your work is also appreciated very nice delegation of work leaving less scope of office politics.

Nothing much! I wish I had my contract back. Had to leave the job because of a family emergency and was out of the country.
