Store owner drives 2 hrs to personally handle employee tips, tips are late every time which is a violation of labor laws and causes stress in the workplace. Store owner (Pavan) threatened to illegally take tips away from employees when asked about how tips work. Dirt & dust hangs over work areas and eating areas. Improper storage of chemicals near food and prep area. Dirty vents blow air down onto prep table, dish cleaning/storage area. Damaged tools used to prep food items, risking safety to customer consumption instead of replacing broken/damaged items. Store owner (Pavan) waits until after9 pm Sunday to post the schedule for the up coming week. Sometimes not until 11pm. Store owner (Pavan) known to cut hours and push people out rather than speak to employees and resolve issues. No benefits. Pavan stated pay raises are given out very very very very rarely, and things like answering his phone calls depends on that. Uses tips to add 3 dollars on everyone's wages, violating labor laws. Reported mold in the broken seals on all stations. Still not resolved. Store owner (Pavan) has no fixed the cooler, dirty water drips down onto products and is being caught with a old mop bucket,and a food storage container. Health risk!
