High learning curve, opportunity given by head chef, nice colleague in general

HR is a mess, when asking how they calculate the salary deducted, HR director direct me to GM while GM refer me back to HR. In the end, no clear direction/ calculation was given. Additionally, working hour is more than MOM regulation and no OT pay will be given because they will change your clock in clock out time manually :)

Company with a large variety of restaurants ( Gastronomic, Steack house, Wine bar, Tapas Bar ), possibility to grow fast if you work hard )

Sometime the CEO is difficult to follow for certain type of candidate as he always create new things other that I havent seen much inconvenience
