      Great people, good product, great IT Support

      Cons

      Horrible planning. I was hired with the understanding that we were projected to have massive growth within the next few years, only to be let go two months later. Not only was I let go, but the entire Talent Acquisition Team was. Not due to performance, but due to horrible Senior Leadership. My advice, run!

      As with any growing company, there's always some pitfalls but overall I can't think of a "con".

      Product seemed to work as designed

      Cons

      Company is focused purely on bottom and top line only. The culture the CEO talks about is not real. If you really need employment then consider. Otherwise look for another company that embraces the power of people. Layoffs are constant and arbitrary. You upset the apple cart and you are gone, you suck up to the CEO and you have a job for life.
