Good colleague. Very fun people. Found the best people as my close friend in this company. High expectation of work lead to make us a good professional. Cool office. Benefit include mobile data plan and lunch and dinner.
Cons
Long working hours of 9-9 is actually ok but the workload is unbearable. No Indonesian manager. Management doesnt know much about staff work so they keep assigning more task, even expect to work on weekend. Salary is way way too low for the work we are doing. They requires staff & driver applicant to give a 5-star and positive reviews on playstore, appstore, and even jobstreet (never trust their rating online). Soon maybe Glassdor. I saw many senior people leaving suddenly too, even senior-senior (red flag?). They requires all candidate to agree to 2 years term. If leave before that, you should pay twice of your monthly pay, no excuse, even if you have serious health issue later on. The penalty is not an empty threat. Many people actually pay this. Some even pay 4 times because submitted resign notice < 2 months (yes resign notice is 2 months, even for entry level).
