My teammates are a bunch of fun people. As we're all in this together, it really helps to have someone you can talk to and listen to. We are mostly around the same age here, so there's only a little barrier like seniority, even with the managers. Although, of course, we keep things professional. They pay quite well even to the fresh grads, all the benefits added will help you save your basic salary.
Cons
High target high expectation, you just gotta do whatever it takes to deliver results and make sure the job is done. Gotta adapt to the startup and hustle culture as well.
