- good salary - no company politics, so you’re only seen by how you work - less drama - no stressful bureaucracy: projet meeting, approval, everything is fast so work can move and be done fast and effective - good career opportunity
Cons
- frank speaking culture, may be a little bit unusual for Indonesian - filled with fresh grads and young people - who even though work hard, effective, smart and innovative - but in some ways could also be inexperienced
