Pros
Steep learning curve: If you can survive the environment, you quickly learn how to operate under extreme pressure and handle crisis management. Autonomy by default: Because leadership is largely unavailable and structure is non-existent, you are forced to figure things out independently from day one.
Cons
Toxic Leadership & Environment: The organization is micro-managed by volatile leadership. Outbursts, screaming, and highly unprofessional, objectionable language are daily occurrences. There is a complete lack of psychological safety, and positive reinforcement or praise does not exist. Flawed Culture Trickle-Down: The hostile attitude at the top has deeply corrupted the internal culture. Peers and junior employees frequently mimic this disrespectful behavior. It is a "blame-first" environment where teams routinely throw colleagues under the bus rather than collaborating. Zero Onboarding or Support: New hires are expected to be fully proficient by day two with absolutely no training, guidance, or organizational structure to support them. Gatekeeping and Bottlenecks: While strict morning and evening reporting is demanded, leadership is chronically inaccessible. The EA and CMD offices act as a wall, making it impossible to get timely approvals, which constantly stalls operations.
