The owners of the company and their family are amazing people and all around genuine. I was welcomed with open arms by the entire executive team and my counterparts in Canada. The vision for what they wanted to achieve was pretty clear even with a ground up build here in the US from a brokerage perspective. Delmar is all in on providing the necessary resources to build a great product that will compete with larger brokerages within a few years. I feel as if they care about their people and they show that in their benefits package and work life balance!
