Pros
Actually respect employees, great people, great benefits, great pay, workload is going to be a little above average, but It doesn't bother me given the rest. They're also huge on Safety. Lots of career opportunities by switching departments if you'd like to try other avenues.
Cons
Some of the peripheral departments aren't great because of the bureaucratic nature related to a huge company (which is getting worse with the Exelon merger), like if you need HR can be a pain, lots of 'processes' for random easy things, IT dept is terrible.
