Loved what I did and was able to help a population that gets discriminated against for having a disease
Cons
*Pay was not competitive *Gave 3 years of my career to company and they closed a facility with a weeks notice- still unemployed *if they actually took the time to put money into the facility and brought back outings and outside meetings they would have had clients staying longer and would have more money and better reviews * need to listen to employees, was always short staffed, underpaid, and overworked.
