      Pros

      Small team with awesome growth opportunities, both professionally and financially. Recruiting is not easy but Delta invests in their people, making sure you succeed. Beautiful office, flexibility and fun environment (even during stressful times).

      Cons

      If you're not prepared for a commssion based structure, it can be a slight wake up call. BUT commission is uncapped, making a lot of money is beyond attainable

      Great commission structure Laid back and professional environment Great Database of candidates Every recruiting resource made available Owners and leadership are open to feedback and new ideas from everyone regardless of title Work/life balance

      Cons

      100% commission structure can be stressful if you aren't performing well. However, they have implemented a new salary + capped commission payment structure in 2025 for people who aren't comfortable with being fully commission based.

      None. Highly negative atmosphere. Do not join this company.

      Cons

      It’s a family run business that solely cares about money. No values. They cultivate a highly competitive sales type atmosphere and hire women to pin against each other and to flirt with Building Engineers to get them to quit their stable jobs for their clients.
