Terrible, Illegal Company - Marshal/Cashier Delta Force Paintball Employee Review

anyone who was above base pay (marshal 2 or 3, or cashier) went on a brutal power trip. Illegal hours for Canadian and Australian standards Illegal pay, almost $1 below minimum wage. Illegal contracts, 36 pages basically stating you have no rights as an employee, that you're entitled to work every day needed or it is grounds for termination (Holidays included) No sick pay, no vacation pay either. Agreeing with the one person above, the people who come in for a "training day" are used as free labour. the contract they sign a few days later, usually states that they're supposed to work up to 8 hours in training without pay.
